Доброго времени суток.Являеться ли гарантийным случаем на диске, купленном пол-года назад наличие в начале диска области размером примерно 8Гб, на которой скорость чтения падает с 110 Мб/сек до 30-40 Мб/сек, и после которой скорость снова составляет 110 Мб /сек. Так же есть переназначенный сектор и нечитаемый сектор.
